Privacy Policy

StudioCut.Video ("we", "us") provides an AI video production platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

Account data: name, email, organisation, password hash, MFA secret.

Content data: the inputs you provide (articles, URLs, scripts, brand kits) and the videos produced from them.

Usage data: render queue events, AI call telemetry (model, tokens, cost), audit log entries for record changes.

Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store invoice records and last-4 of payment method.

To operate the service (run the pipeline, render videos, serve files), to bill correctly, to detect abuse, to send service emails, and to improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not use customer content to train third-party models.

Inputs you submit may be sent to configured AI providers for processing. We bring-your-own-keys where supported. Each provider has its own retention policy; see Integrations for the active list.

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform: hosting, object storage, payment processing, AI inference. We do not share with marketers. We disclose to authorities only when legally required.

Account data is retained while your account is active. After deletion request, we hard-delete within 30 days. Billing records are retained 7 years for tax compliance.

You can export, correct, or delete your data from Settings → Account, or by emailing privacy@studiocut.video. You can object to processing or request restriction.

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, encrypted secrets, audit logging, role-based access. Detail on the Security page.

Our infrastructure may be located outside the EEA. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

The service is not directed at users under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
