Refund Policy

Fair, prorated, predictable.

If we don't earn it, you don't pay for it. Refunds available within 14 days, with credit-to-account for partial periods after.

14-day refund window

New subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge, provided you've used fewer than 50% of your monthly video allotment. Email billing@studiocut.video to request.

Prorated refunds

After 14 days, downgrades and cancellations are prorated. The unused portion of your month is returned as either a refund (cash) or a credit-to-account (preferred — instant, no banking delay).

Annual plans

Annual prepayments are refundable within 30 days for unused months, net of the 2-month annual discount.

What's not refundable

  • One-time add-on charges that have already been consumed (e.g. extra-video bundles you've used).
  • AI vendor pass-through costs that we've already paid to upstream providers.
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window — you keep service through the paid period, no money back.

Refund process

  1. Email billing@studiocut.video with your account email and reason.
  2. We confirm eligibility within 1 business day.
  3. Refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days. Credit-to-account is instant.

If you disagree with a decision, escalate to support@studiocut.video — a different team reviews.
