How is video output metered?
In credits. Each production is charged once when it starts, at a cost computed from its length, quality tier, additional languages and extra attachments. Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits stay in your balance while your subscription keeps renewing, and are forfeited only when you cancel or downgrade. Purchased top-up credits never expire and survive plan changes.
What does it cost to run videos from an AI assistant?
The same credits, from the same balance: production started through the MCP integration spends your plan credits and your purchased credits, charged once when the production starts. Drafting, validating, quoting and polling are free. There is a 12.5% premium on longer, higher-tier jobs — see the FAQ for exactly when it applies — and the quote always shows the final figure before anything is charged.
Does assistant-driven production use up my plan's monthly videos?
No. It runs in parallel: plan feature gates do not apply to it, and it does not consume the monthly allowance you bought for the app. You can also set a spend ceiling on each API key — per day, week or month — so an automated workflow has a hard limit of your choosing.
